Nadia kassem started her training in tae kwon do as a youth.  Inspired to try mma after watching the ultimate fighter team rousey vs team tate And after seeing her brother compete in grappling tournaments. She fights using a boxing and Brazilian jujitsu style. She was 4-0 when signed by the UFC.    On November 8th 2017 Kassem made her debut in the UFC against alex chambers. Kassem missed weight by four pounds. She was fined thirty percent of her purse and the fight went ahead. Kassem won the fight by unanimous decision. 
On February 9th 2019 kassem will face Montana de la rosa at UFC 234.
